Bank of Baroda Pre-Joining Formalities – CLERK Released : Check now

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has released the results of the most awaited IBPS Clerk Exam 2018 on April 1, 2018. The joining formalities of Bank of India and Vijaya Bank has been released earlier in the previous weeks.

Now Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released the joining formalities for the selected candidates of IBPS CLERK EXAM – VI (Reserve List) and IBPS CLERK EXAM – VII (Selected Candidates).

Below is the official release from the Bank of Baroda for the IBPS CLERK EXAM 2018 and also for the selected candidates from the Reserve List of IBPS CLERK VI (2017 – 2017).

Please note that the Zonal Office/Regional Office where the candidates have been allotted will be communicating with the candidates through their registered email id or registered mobile number or registered communication address.

Candidates will be called for their Biometric verification, Language Proficiency Test, Document submission and Pre-appointment Medical Examination by the respective Region/Zone. Appointment letter will be issued subsequently, only after the Region/Zone is satisfied with the documents/credential (Biometric impression) of the candidate and also clearing the proficiency test and Medical fitness test.

Following documents / certificates in original along with three photo-copies of the same duly attested and six passport size photographs will be required:

• Certificates in support of the candidate’s educational qualifications from SSC / Matric onwards, HSC or any equivalent examinations, Degree, Computer Literacy
• Experience certificates, if
• Caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the format prescribed by Government of India, in case candidate belong to SC / ST / OBC
• Candidates belonging to OBC category should submit the OBC certificate specifically mentioning the ‘Creamy Layer’
• Medical certificate from the Medical Board at the District Level in case candidate belongs to Physically Challenged
• Copy of PAN Card & Aadhaar Card or copy of challan receipt/ online generated receipt issued by the concerned authority of having applied for issuance of PAN Card or Aadhaar Card.
• Any other document that will be required to be submitted will be communicated by the Zone/Region separately.

The tentative date of joining of candidates selected under CWE VI-CLERK-RESERVE LIST will be 22.05.2018 and for candidates selected under CWE VII CLERK will be 05.06.2018.

The allotment of the candidates is provisional and is subject to candidate’s medical fitness, eligibility, submission of requisite certificates / documents.

Candidates are also advised to visit the Bank’s website periodically for any further notification.

Decision of the Bank in all matters pertaining to selection/appointment process shall be final and binding.
