IBPS RRB OFFICER SCALE I PRELIMS EXAM 2017 SLOT 1 REVIEW, ANALYSIS AND QUESTIONS ASKED IN EXAM on 16th September 2017

The IBPS RRB Scale I Officer preliminary examinations happened on 9th and 10th September and we have got some updates regarding today’s exam. The exam was the same as like the other slots in the first day (i.e) 9th September 2017.

Regarding the questions asked in the exams , we will update the links once we get the questions from the aspirants and our analysis team. The Questions were exactly in the same level as asked in the first day of the exam and candidates had some relief in the questions section. Most of the questions were exactly the same type and there were only minor changes in the questions type asked.

Quantitative Aptitude Review Of IBPS RRB Scale I Prelims Slot 2(40  Questions – 40 Marks)

Best Attempt – 30+

Good Attempt – 22-25

Simplification – 5 (Many questions were in the easier range and it’s simple)
Number Series – 5 (Many of the questions were in Missing Number )
Quadratic Equation – 5 (Easier Level, No Changes same as the previous pattern )
Data Interpretation – 3 Sets (Line Graph -1 , Pie chart -1, Tabular -1 ) (Mostly in the easier range only)
Miscellaneous – 10 (problems on Mixture and Allegations , Averages , Ratio and Proportions , Percentages , Interest Rates were asked) (Only in the easier level)

In the Quantitative Aptitude section , the no new pattern questions were asked and the easy level and many candidates have felt the exam was in the easier level and the best attempt in the quants section were predominantly 30. If you have answered above 30 then it is in the exceptional level.

Further, the questions of the Quants section and the reasoning section will be updated soon. 

Logical Reasoning Review Of IBPS RRB Scale I  Prelims  Slot 2(40  Questions – 40 Marks)

No New pattern questions were asked. You can easily attempt 30 marks in section.

Best Attempt – 32

Good Attempt – 28

The questions were in the easier level and only the puzzle had some difficulty to solve , apart from that other topics in the reasoning section were easy.
Inequalities – 5
Syllogism -5 (Old Pattern ) (Easier Level)
Coding Decoding -5 (Old pattern only and was very easy)
Miscellaneous -5 (alphabetical -1, NUMBER -2, ALPHANUMERIC -2)
Puzzle – 4 sets (Same as the Day 1 of IBPS RRB Slots of 9th September ) (Calculative but was in the moderate range)

Overall Expected Cutoff – 45-50 Marks
