India in Rio Olympics womens – 2016

Sakshi Malik : 

Sakshi became the first female Indian wrestler to bag a medal at the Olympics. Sakshi Malik won a bronze medal through the repechage despite begin beaten by Russian Valeria Koblova.

Malik had previously won the silver medal at the  2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, and the bronze medal at the  2015 Asian Wrestling Championships in Doha.

P.V. Sindhu

Pusarala Venkata Sindhu is an Inidan ace shuttler and Sliver medalist at 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.

Born : 5 July 1995, Hyderabad.

• Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian award of India (2015)

Dipa Karmakar :

Dipa Karmakar is the first Indian Female artistic gymnast ever to compete in the Olympics, and the first Indian gymnast who represented India at the 2016 Summer Olympic.

• 2017: Among Forbes’s list of super achievers from Asia under the age of 30
