Advocate General of Arunachal Pradesh Nilayananda Dutta passed away
- Arunachal Pradesh Advocate General Nilayananda Dutta died of a massive heart attack at the age of 68.
- He was a member of the high-level committee constituted by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs in 2019 for the recommendations on the implementation of Clause 6 of the Assam Accord.
