ESIC SSO Prelims Admit Card 2018 Released: Download Now

Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)  has now released the Admit Card for the Preliminary examination for the Recruitment of Social Security Officer (SSO)/ Manager Grade II positions. The notification for the ESIC SSO/Manager Grade II Positions was released during the start of September.

This is a direct recruitment by ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation) and this is for a regular basis. The total number of vacancies available for the ESIC Social Security Officer (SSO) 2018 is 593.

The Phase – I Preliminary Examination for the Recruitment to the post of Social Security Officer (SSO)/Manager Gr. II/Suptd. – 2018 will be held on 3rd November 2018.

The candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions given in the Call Letter and Information Handout before appearing in the Examination. They are also advised to keep visiting ESIC website www.esic.nic.in for further updates/instructions in respect of above recruitment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No request for Change of Examination Center will be entertained by ESIC.

Exam Pattern – ESIC SSO 2018 Recruitment 

All tests except the test of English Language will be provided in English and Hindi. Each test is separately timed.

Sectional Timing: Yes 

Negative Marking: Yes (1/4 of the wrong answer). 

The Scores of Online Examination will be obtained by adopting the following procedure :

(i) The number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the Corrected Score after applying the penalty for wrong answers.

(ii) The Corrected Scores so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the Equated Scores*
*Scores obtained by candidates on any test are equated to the base form by considering the distribution of
scores of all the forms.

(iii) Testwise scores and scores on total are reported with decimal points upto two digits.
