• International Day of Persons with Disabilities is observed every year on 3 December.
• This day is observed with a motive to promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society. 
• The theme for International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2021 is ‘Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities toward an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post-COVID-19 world’.

• சர்வதேச மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் 3 டிசம்பர் அன்று அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது.

2. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin inaugurates the 14th edition of ACMEE

• Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin inaugurated the Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufacturers Association’s (AIEMA) 14th edition of the ACMEE 2021 exhibition on machine tools technology.
• This time, the exhibition will be available on a 3D virtual platform where visitors can visit the exhibition and interact with the exhibitors.
• This exhibition has smart manufacturing as the theme and focuses on the use of information technology to improve the manufacturing process.
• Nearly 405 companies participated in the exhibition.

2. ACMEEஇன் 14வது பதிப்பை தமிழ்நாடு முதல்வர் மு. க. ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்

• தமிழ்நாடு முதல்வர் மு. க. ஸ்டாலின் அம்பத்தூர் தொழிற்பேட்டை உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் சங்கத்தின் (AIEMA) 14வது பதிப்பான ACMEE 2021 இயந்திர கருவிகள் தொழில்நுட்ப கண்காட்சியை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• இம்முறை இந்த கண்காட்சியானது முப்பரிமாண மெய்நிகர் தளத்தில் நடைபெறுகிறது மற்றும், பார்வையாளர்கள் கண்காட்சியை கண்டு கண்காட்சியாளர்களுடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம்.

3. Union Government announces that nine nuclear reactors will be operational in India by 2024 

• The Union Government announced that nine nuclear reactors will be operational in India by 2024.
• In addition to that, the Union Government gave permission for the construction of 12 more nuclear reactors.
• These nuclear reactors are capable of generating 9,000 MW of electricity.
• Permission has been granted for the first time to set up ten indigenously-built nuclear reactors.

3. 2024க்குள் இந்தியாவில் ஒன்பது அணு உலைகள் செயல்படும் என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது

• வரும் 2024ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் இந்தியாவில் ஒன்பது அணு உலைகள் செயல்படும் என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• இதுதவிர, மேலும் 12 அணு உலைகளை அமைப்பதற்கான அனுமதியை மத்திய அரசு வழங்கியுள்ளது. 
• இந்த அணு உலைகள் 9,000 மெகாவாட் மின்சாரம் தயாரிக்கும் திறன் கொண்டவையாக இருக்கும்.
• உள்நாட்டில் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட 10 அணு உலைகளை அமைப்பதற்கான அனுமதி முதல்முறையாக அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

4. President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the fifth International Ambedkar Conclave

• The President of India Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the fifth International Ambedkar Conclave.
• This was organised by the Forum of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Legislators and Parliamentarians and Dr. Ambedkar Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi.
• This forum constantly highlights issues of social and economic justice and plays an important role in spreading the thoughts and ideas of Dr. Ambedkar. 
• Article 46 of the Indian Constitution directs that the State shall develop the educational and economic interests of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes with special care.

4. ஐந்தாவது சர்வதேச அம்பேத்கர் மாநாட்டை குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ராம் நாத் கோவிந்த் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்

• ஐந்தாவது சர்வதேச அம்பேத்கர் மாநாட்டை இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ராம் நாத் கோவிந்த் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• பட்டியலினத்தோர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியினர், சட்டமன்ற, நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பும், டாக்டர் அம்பேத்கர் வர்த்தக சபையும் இணைந்து இந்த மாநாட்டை ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தன.

5. The Indian Cultural Project receives double awards from UNESCO

• The Nizamuddin Basti community of Delhi received two UNESCO awards for its cultural heritage conservation project.
• This project received UNESCO awards under two categories — the Outstanding Heritage Conservation Project in the Asia-Pacific Region and the Plan for Sustainable Development.
• This project has been implemented since 2007 by various voluntary organisations in collaboration with the Administration and the Department of Archeology to preserve the cultural heritage and to enhance the quality of life of the Nizamuddin Basti community who have lived in Delhi for centuries.

5. இந்திய கலாசார திட்டத்துக்கு யுனெஸ்கோவின் இரட்டை விருதுகள் கிடைத்துள்ளன

• தில்லியில் பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக வசித்து வரும் நிஜாமுதீன் பஸ்தி சமூகத்தினரின் கலாசார மரபைப் பாதுகாக்கவும், அவா்களது வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தையும் மேம்படுத்துவதற்காகவும் பல்வேறு தன்னாா்வ அமைப்புகளும் நிா்வாகம், தொல்லியல் துறை ஆகியவையும் இணைந்து கடந்த 2007ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து இந்த திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்தி வருகின்றன.

6. Rajya Sabha passes the ‘Dam Safety Bill (2019)’

• The Rajya Sabha passed the landmark Dam Safety Bill (2019), paving the way for the enactment of the Dam Safety Act in India.
• The Union Minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekhawat introduced the Bill in the Rajya Sabha on 1 December 2021. 
• The Dam Safety Bill (2019) was passed by the Lok Sabha on 2 August 2019.
• This bill provides for adequate surveillance, inspection, operation and maintenance of all large dams and india so as to Prevent Dam Failure Related Disasters.

6. மாநிலங்களவையில் ‘அணை பாதுகாப்பு மசோதா (2019)’ நிறைவேறியது 

• இந்தியாவில் அணைப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் இயற்றப்படுவதற்கு வழி வகுக்கும் முக்கிய அணைப் பாதுகாப்பு மசோதாவை (2019) மாநிலங்களவை நிறைவேற்றியது.
• மத்திய ஜல் சக்தி அமைச்சர் கஜேந்திர சிங் ஷெகாவத் 1 டிசம்பர் 2021 அன்று மாநிலங்களவையில் மசோதாவை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார்.
• அணை பாதுகாப்பு மசோதா (2019) மக்களவையில் 2 ஆகஸ்ட் 2019 அன்று நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
• அணை தொடர்பான செயலிழப்பு பேரிடர்களைத் தடுக்கும் வகையில், இந்தியாவிலுள்ள அனைத்து பெரிய அணைகளின் போதுமான கண்காணிப்பு, ஆய்வு, செயல்பாடு மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு ஆகியவற்றை இந்த மசோதா வழங்குகிறது.

7. Sambit Patra was appointed as the Chairman of India Tourism Development Corporation

• Sambit Patra was appointed as the Chairman of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC).
• Earlier, he was the Director of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).
• IAS officer Ganji Kamala V. Rao will continue to hold the post of Managing Director of ITDC.

7. இந்திய சுற்றுலா வளர்ச்சிக் கழகத்தின் தலைவராக சம்பித் பத்ரா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்

• இந்திய சுற்றுலா வளர்ச்சிக் கழகத்தின் (ITDC) தலைவராக சம்பித் பத்ரா நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். 
• முன்னதாக, அவர் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் இயற்கை எரிவாயுக் கழகத்தின் (ஓஎன்ஜிசி) இயக்குநராக இருந்தார்.

8. Innocent Divya was appointed as the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation

• J. Innocent Divya was appointed as the new Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC).
• Previously, she was the District Collector of the Nilgiris district.
• And also K. S. Kandasamy was appointed as the Director of Disaster Management and the Commissioner of Revenue Administration. 
• N. Subbaiyan was appointed as the Director of Milk Production And Dairy Development.

8. தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு கழகத்தின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநராக இன்னசென்ட் திவ்யா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்

• தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்தின் (TNSDC) புதிய நிர்வாக இயக்குநராக ஜே. இன்னசென்ட் திவ்யா நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.
• முன்பு, நீலகிரி மாவட்டத்தின் ஆட்சியராக இவர் இருந்தார்.

10. Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s 137th Birth Anniversary – 3 December

• Dr. Rajendra Prasad was born on 3 December 1884.
• He was an independence activist, lawyer, scholar and subsequently, the first President of India. 
• He was also awarded the Bharat Ratna in 1962.
• During the independence movement, he wrote articles for revolutionary publications Searchlight and Desh.

10. டாக்டர். ராஜேந்திர பிரசாத்தின் 137வது பிறந்தநாள் – டிசம்பர் 3

• டாக்டர். ராஜேந்திர பிரசாத் 3 டிசம்பர் 1884 அன்று பிறந்தார்.
• அவர் ஒரு சுதந்திர ஆர்வலர், வழக்கறிஞர், அறிஞர் மற்றும் இந்தியாவின் முதல் குடியரசு தலைவர் ஆவார்.
• அவருக்கு 1962ஆம் ஆண்டில் பாரத ரத்னா விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.
• சுதந்திர இயக்கத்தின் போது புரட்சிகர வெளியீடுகளான செர்ச்லைட் மற்றும் தேஷ் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு அவர் கட்டுரைகளை எழுதினார்.

11. Khudiram Bose’s Birth Anniversary – 3 December

• Khudiram Bose was born on 3 December 1889.
• He was known as one of India’s youngest freedom fighters.
• A conspiracy was hatched to kill Douglas Kingsford, notorious for his cruel ways of dealing with the Swadeshi agitators. 
• Two young revolutionaries — 18-year-old Khudiram Bose and 19-year-old Prafulla Chaki – were entrusted with the task of carrying out the killing. 
• On 30 April 1908, they mistakenly threw a bomb on a carriage that, instead of killing Kingsford killed two English women. 
• Prafulla Chaki committed suicide and Khudiram Bose was arrested and hanged for the murder.
• Chittaranjan Das took up the case. It came to be known as the Alipore Bomb Case.

11. குதிராம் போஸ் பிறந்தநாள் – 3 டிசம்பர் 

• குதிராம் போஸ் 3 டிசம்பர் 1889இல் பிறந்தார்.
• இந்தியாவின் இளம் சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட வீரர்களில் ஒருவராக அறியப்பட்டார்.
• சுதேசி போராட்டக்காரர்களை கொடூரமாக நடத்திய டக்ளஸ் கிங்ஸ்போர்டு எனும் ஆங்கில அதிகாரியை கொல்வதற்கான திட்டம் தீட்டப்பட்டது.
• அவரை கொள்வதற்கான பொறுப்பு இளம் புரட்சியாளர்களான 18 வயது நிரம்பிய குதிராம் போஸ் மற்றும் 19 வயதான பிரஃபுல்லா சாக்கி ஆகியோரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டது. 
• 1908 ஏப்ரல் 30இல் அவர்கள் தவறுதலாக ஒரு சாரட் வண்டியின் மீது குண்டை வீச கிங்ஸ்போர்டுக்குப் பதிலாக வேறு இரண்டு ஆங்கிலப் பெண்கள் அதில் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்.
• பிரஃபுல்லா சாக்கி தற்கொலை செய்து கொள்ள, குதிரம் போஸ் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு பின்னர் கொலைக் குற்றத்திற்காகத் தூக்கிலிடப்பட்டார்.
• சித்தரஞ்சன் தாஸ் இவ்வழக்கில் புரட்சிகர தேசியவாதிகளுக்காக வாதாடினார். இது அலிப்பூர் குண்டுவெடிப்பு வழக்கு எனப்படுகிறது.
