1.PM SVANidhi

• Pradhan Mantri Street Vendors Atma Nirbhar Nidhi scheme.
• It was launched on June 1, 2020.
• Ministry: Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
• It is a Central Sector Scheme.
• It provides capital loans to street vendors whose life has been affected severely by COVID.
• 50 Lakh vendors would be eligible to avail loan upto Rs.10000.
• They can repay it in intsallments in one year.
• If they paid earlier 7% per annum interest subsidy will be credited.
• PM SVANidhi portal has been developed by SIDBI to support this scheme.
• Banks denied loans to over 15000 street vendors.

• பிரதம மந்திரி தெரு விற்பனையாளர்கள் ஆத்மநிர்பர் நிதி திட்டம்.
• இது ஜூன் 1, 2020 அன்று தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• அமைச்சகம்: வீட்டுவசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற அலுவல்கள் அமைச்சகம்.
• இது மத்திய அரசின் திட்டம்.
• இது COVID ஆல் கடுமையாக பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தெரு விற்பனையாளர்களுக்கு மூலதன கடன்களை வழங்குகிறது.

2.SUNIL KUMAR

• He is appointed as DGP, Civil Supplies.
• Earlier he was DGP, Investigation Division, SHRC.
• He succeeded Sylendra Babu, who held this post as additional charge.

2.சுனில் குமார்

• இவர், நுகர்பொருள் வாணிபக் கழகத்தின் டி.ஜி.பி.யாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
• முன்னதாக இவர், மாநில மனித உரிமைகள் ஆணையத்தில்., விசாரணை பிரிவு டி.ஜி.பி.யாக இருந்தார்.
• இவருக்குப் முன் சைலேந்திரபாபு, கூடுதல் பொறுப்பாக இப்பதவியை வகித்தார்.

3.Joint Director of State Election Commission removed

G.V.Sai Prasad – Vijayawada

• He allegedly influenced his employees to go on mass leave, thereby derailing the process of Gram panchayat election.
• State Election Commissioner invoked his plenary powers under Article 243-K and Article 324 and discharged him from the services.
• Article 324 – Superintendence, direction and control of elections is vested in an Election Commission
• Article 243-K(1) – Appointment of State Election Commission consisting of State Election Commissioner appointed by Governor.
• Article 243-K(2) – Tenure and appointment as per the State legislature and State Election Commissioner cannot be removed except on grounds and manner as a Judge of High Court.
• This is to safeguard the integrity of the election process.

3.மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணைய இணை இயக்குனர் நீக்கம்

ஜி.வி.சாய் பிரசாத் – விஜயவாடா

• அவர் தனது ஊழியர்களை வெகுஜன விடுப்பில் செல்லச் செய்ததாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது, இதனால் கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து தேர்தல் செயல்முறையை பாதிக்கும் வகையில் செயல்பட்டதாக குற்றம் சாட்டப்படுகிறது.
• மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையர் 243-K மற்றும் 324 வது விதியின் கீழ், தனது முழு அதிகாரங்களை கொண்டு இவரைப் பணியில் இருந்து விடுவித்தார்.
• விதி 324 – தேர்தல்களை மேற்பார்வை செய்தல், வழிநடத்தல் மற்றும் கட்டுப்படுத்தல் ஆகியவை தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தினால் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
• விதி 243-K (1) – ஆளுநரால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையரை உள்ளடக்கிய மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையம்.
• விதி 243-K (2) – பதவிக்காலம் மற்றும் நியமனம் ஆகியவற்றை மாநில சட்டமன்றங்களே முடிவு செய்யும் மற்றும் மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையரை உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதியைப் போலவேயன்றி வேறு அடிப்படையில் நீக்கமுடியாது.
• இது தேர்தல் நடைமுறையின் நேர்மையைப் பாதுகாக்க எடுக்கப்படும் நடவடிக்கையாகும்.

4.ZOYA AGARWAL

• She headed all-women cockpit crew of the first Air India flight from San Fransisco to Bengaluru.
• They made history by flying non-stop 17 hours.

8. Lourdammal Simon name for Manakudi Bridge

• The Manakudi bridge in Kanyakumari district is named after the late former Tamil Nadu minister Lourdhammal Simon.

9. Sunil Kumar appointed as Director General of Police (DGP), Civil Supplies CID.

• Additional Chief Secretary of The Tamil Nadu Government, S. S. K. Prabhakar mentioned that Sunil Kumar, who was the DGP of the State Human Rights Commission of the Tamil Nadu Police, has been transferred to Director General of Police (DGP), Civil Supplies CID.

• Raj Iyer was born in Manakkal village in Lalgudi taluk of Trichy district.
• He has been appointed as the first Chief Information Officer of the US Army.
• This post is equivalent to the post of 3 star general in the US army.

11. பசுவின் சாணத்தை அடிப்படையாக கொண்ட பெயிண்ட்

• பசுவின் சாணத்தை அடிப்படைப் பொருளாகக் கொண்டு மணமில்லாமல் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த நச்சுத் தன்மையற்ற புதுமையான இரண்டு வகை சுவர் வர்ணங்களை (பெயிண்ட்) மத்திய அமைச்சர் நிதின் கட்கரி அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார்.

11. Cow dung based Vedic paint

• Union Minister Nitin Gadkari introduced two ecofriendly innovative non-toxic wall paints which are made from cowdung as the basic ingredient.
• The Khadi and Village Industries Commission under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Industries, Government of India has prepared this innovative wall paint.
• This varna is named ‘Khadi Natural Paint’ (Khadi Prakritik Paint).
