1.Obviate
Meaning: to make (something) no longer necessary: to prevent or avoid (something)
Synonym: avert, forestall, prevent, preclude,
Antonym: cultivate, encourage, forward, foster, further, nurture, promote

2.Culpable
Meaning: deserving blame; guilty of doing something wrong
