The Dentists (Amendment) Bill, 2017 18 Dec 2017 Lok Sabha Seeks to remove the mandatory requirement of the representation of certain dentists in the Dental Councils set up under the Dentists Act, 1948.
The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2016 21 Nov 2016 Lok Sabha Prohibits commercial surrogacy, allows altruistic surrogacy and specifies criteria for the intending couple and surrogate mother.
