RRB NTPC – Detailed Recruitment Notification 2019

Dear Railway Aspirants,

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the detailed RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019 notification to recruit Non-technical Popular Categories (NTPC) vacancies.

A total of 35,227 RRB NTPC vacancies for Station Master, Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Junior Clerk, Train Clerk, Jr Accountant, Typist & various other posts will be filled by this Recruitment.

Totally 13 posts have been specified in this RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019.

Eligible and interested candidates are advised to read the Notification related details & apply on or before 31st March 2019.

More than 1 Lakh Vacancies will be available soon for the RRC Level 1 (RRC – 01).

RRB NTPC 2019 – Application Fee

RRB NTPC 2019 – Selection Process

Aspirants opting for RRB NTPC should know the Selection Procedure of the recruitment. Students will be selected based on the marks scored in first & second stage whereas other stages will be qualifying in nature. 

There will be two stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Skill Test (Computer based Aptitude Test for Station Master and Traffic Assistant, Typing Skill Test for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper).

Lastly, there will be document verification and medical examination.

For Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Commercial Apprentice, there shall be two stage CBT followed by document verification and medical examination.

Also Normalization will also play an important factor in this RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019.

RRB NTPC 2019: CBT-1 Exam Pattern

Each question will carry one mark, and there is a negative marking of 1/3 marks for the wrong answer. 

RRB NTPC 2019: CBT-2 Exam Pattern

Short Listing for Various Stages:

RRB wise short listing of candidates for 2nd Stage CBT shall be done at the rate of 20 times the vacancies (may increase or decrease as per the requirement of Railway Administration). The short listing for 2nd Stage CBT will be based on the merit of the candidates in 1st Stage CBT.

The short listing for Skill Tests such as Computer based Aptitude Test and Typing Skill Test shall be to the extent of 8 times the vacancies (may increase or decrease as per the requirement of Railway Administration) based on the merit of the candidates in 2nd Stage CBT.
