SBI Apprentice Recruitment Notification 2019 – 700 Posts

SBI (State Bank of India) has released the notification for the post of Apprentice vacancies which are available in various branches in selected regions.

Applications are invited from Indian Citizens meeting the following qualification and other parameters for engagement as apprentices under the Apprentice Act 1961.

- Duration of Training: One year only
- Stipend / Benefit:
The apprentices are eligible for stipend of 70% of semi-skilled labour wages as applicable in the respective states as per Apprentices Act or Rs.8000 per month whichever is higher. The trainee is not eligible for any other allowances/benefits.

Age Limit – SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2019
- Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years (as on 31-08-2019)
Age relaxation is Applicable as per Rules. Maximum age indicated is for unreserved candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification – SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2019
Candidates should have a Graduation from a recognised University/ Institute.
Selection Procedure – SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2019
Selection for engagement of apprentices would be based on the basis of online written test and test of local language.

Each test will have a separate timing as mentioned above. The questions will be bilingual, i.e., English & Hindi, except for the test of General English. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
