Area Agriculture Lending Product Design & Management / Large value credit appraisal / Credit Monitoring
Minimum Educational Qualification Minimum 60% in B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture/ equivalent PG courses in Agribusiness. Minimum 60% in MBA (Finance/ Banking) OR Chartered Accountant
Core Competencies Expertise in exploring the new Business models in Agriculture Sector Expertise in Product Management Planning and Operations/ Credit Monitoring/ Appraisal of Funded/Non Funded / Project Loans and understanding of Financial Statements, Ratios, Concepts.
Compensation Package IBA Package as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited. Higher fitment of Basic Pay and Allowances for deserving candidates under the discretion of Management. Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentives. All other benefits as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited

Probationary Manager (IT) – Scale II & Probationary Senior Manager (IT) – Scale III

Age Not exceeding 40 years. (Relaxation of upper age limit by 5 years for SC/ST applicants)
Minimum Educational Qualification • Minimum 60% in B.Tech/B.E (CS/ IT/ EC/ EEE/ AEI) OR

• Minimum 60% in MCA/ M.Sc (IT/ CS)

Compensation Package IBA Package as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited. Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentives. All other benefits as applicable to the Scale in which the applicants are recruited

Scale II: IBA approved pay scale of Rs.31705 – 1145/1 – 32850 – 1310/10 – 45950 plus DA, HRA and other allowances

Scale III: IBA approved pay scale of Rs.42020 – 1310/1 – 48570 – 1460/2 – 51490 plus DA, HRA and other allowances

• Should be able to undertake trading operations, identify profitable opportunities for long term and also to lead and develop a team of experienced dealers  under profit centre concept and within the risk management policies of the Bank.

Minimum Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
Desired Educational Qualification PG/ MBA/ CA/ CMA
