SSC CHSL EXAM 2017 – Last Date to Apply Extended

Dear Banking Aspirant,

The Staff Selection Commission has announced the notification for the CHSL Exam 2017 and the last date to apply for the exam has been announced till 18th December, 2017. The last date have been extended for another two days till 20th December, 2017 due to certain factors noted in the notification released by the SSC during 18th December, 2017.

The candidates still faced issue in the website to apply for the CHSL Exam 2017 and also to pay the fees for the CHSL Exam 2017, so many students were not able to apply even with the extension date. The SSC has yesterday announced that the Last Date to Apply for the Posts available in CHSL Exam 2017 have been extended till 27th December, 2017. The last date for the payment of fees who obtain challan from the registration of the SSC CHSL Exam 2017, may pay the fees in the designated bank branches till 29th December, 2017.

The payment of the SSC CHSL Exam 2017 can be paid till the working hours of the Bank till 29th December, 2017. Please check the appropriate dates for the Dates regarding the SSC CHSL Exam 2017.

• Last Date To Apply for SSC CHSL Exam 2017 – 27th December, 2017 (till 5.00 P.M)
• Last to Pay for the SSC CHSL Exam 2017 (in the Designated Bank Branches) – 29th December, 2017 (Till Working Hours of the Bank)

NOTE:

The other terms and conditions of the Examination Notice dated 18.11.2017 will remain unchanged.

It is also essential to note that there will be no extension, to apply for the post available under the SSC CHSL Exam 2017 and the last date to apply for the SSC CHSL EXAM 2017 is 27th December, 2017, till 5.P.M.

So candidates  who didn’t apply for the posts available under the SSC CHSL EXAM 2017 can apply for the posts soon before the last date and as said there will not be any further extension of date to apply for the exam.

The different posts available in SSC CHSL Exam 2017 are Lower Divisional Clerk / Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator. The total number of vacancies available under the CHSL 2017 is 3259.

Application Fee : Rs. 100/-

Note : Fee can be paid through SBI Challan/ SBI Net Banking or by using Visa/ Mastercard/
Maestro Credit/ Debit card.

Who are exempted from paying the fees for the SSC CHSL 2017 ?

Women candidates of all categories and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons with Disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ExS) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Aspirants who wish to apply for the posts in CHSL 2017 must have passed 12th Standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. For the post of Data Entry Operator in the the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India , the aspirant s should have a 12th Standard pass in Science Stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized board or equivalent qualification.
