NATIONAL

1. Indian National flag was hoisted on Rhenock Mountain as part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’

• Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh attended the closing ceremony of climb-a-thon organised by Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Darjeeling, to celebrate ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’.

Important events at the climb-a-thon:

• The climb-a-thon was organised at four smaller peaks of the Sikkim Himalayas from 20-25 April, 2021.
• The climb-a-thon, under the leadership of Group Captain Jai Kishan, was conducted at Mt. Rhenock, Mt. Frey, Mt. BC Roy and Mt. Palung, by a team of 125 mountaineers.
• The Indian National Flag, measuring 7,500 sq. ft and weighing 75 kilograms, was hoisted atop Rhenock at an altitude of 16,500 ft above sea level.
• This feat was recorded as the biggest Indian National Flag hoisted on the top of a mountain in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.

• அசாதி கா அம்ருத் மஹோத்சவத்தைக் கொண்டாடும் வகையில், டார்ஜிலிங்கில் உள்ள இமாலய மலையேறுதல் நிறுவனம் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த கிளைம்பதானின் நிறைவு நிகழ்ச்சியில் மத்தியப் பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சர் ராஜ்நாத் சிங் கலந்து கொண்டார்.

கிளைம்பதானின் முக்கியமான நிகழ்வுகள்:

• சிக்கிமில் உள்ள இமாலயப் பகுதிகளின் 4 சிறிய மலைச்சிகரங்களில் 20-25 ஏப்ரல் 2021 வரை கிளைம்பதான் நடைபெற்றது.
• க்ருப் கேப்டன் ஜெய் கிஷன் தலைமையில் 125 மலையேறும் வீரர்கள் ரெனாக், ஃப்ரே, பிசி ராய் மற்றும் பலுங் ஆகிய மலைச் சிகரங்களில் ஏறினார்கள்.
• 7500 சதுர அடியில், 75 கிலோ எடையிலான இந்தியக் தேசியக் கொடி, ரெனாக் மலைச்சிகரத்தின் உச்சியில் ஏற்றப்பட்டது.
• மலைச்சிகரங்களின் மீது ஏற்றப்படும் மாபெரும் இந்திய தேசியக் கொடி என்ற சாதனையை ஆசிய சாதனைப் புத்தகம் மற்றும் இந்திய சாதனைப் புத்தகத்தில் இந்த நிகழ்வு படைத்தது.

2. Winners announced for MeitY-NASSCOM Start-up Women Entrepreneur Awards 2020-21 in partnership with UN Women

• The Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology-NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) Women Startup Entrepreneurs Awards is the first step to recognise and cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit in women.
• Based on many factors, an eminent Jury comprising of leaders from MeitY, UN Women, Industry and Academia selected 12 women entrepreneurs as winners, while 2 women entrepreneurs were declared as the Jury Choice Awardees and one women entrepreneur was felicitated as a special mention.

2. ஐ.நா. பெண்களுடன் இணைந்து MeitY –நாஸ்காம் வழங்கும் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் மகளிர் தொழில்முனைவோர் விருதுகள் 2020-21க்கான வெற்றியாளர்கள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டனர்

• பெண்களிடையேதொழில் முனைதல் உணர்வை உருவாக்குவதற்கு, மின்னணு மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப அமைச்சகம்-நாஸ்காம் ஸ்டார்ட் அப் பெண் தொழில் முனைவோர் விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
• பல்வேறு காரணிகளை கருத்தில் கொண்டு நிபுணத்துவம்பெற்ற நடுவர்கள் பரிசீலித்து 12 பெண் தொழில்முனைவோரை வெற்றியாளர்களாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தனர். இரண்டு பெண் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு நடுவர்
  விருதுகளும், ஒருவருக்கு சிறப்புப் பாராட்டும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

3. Launch of 3 online applications to make the geographical data collected by the government easily available

• Three online applications, Survey of India (SOI) GEO Spatial Data Dissemination Portal, SOI’s SARTHI: WEB GISapplication and MANCHITRAN Enterprise Geoportal of National Atlas and Thematic Mapping Organisation (NATMO) were inaugurated, making geospatial data collected by government freely and easily available to citizens and organisations in India for the first time.
• This the first time the data collected by the government starting from SOI and NATMO becomes freely and easily available to the citizens and organizations in India.

3. அரசு சேகரித்த புவிசார் தரவுகள் எளிதில் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் 3 செயலிகள் தொடக்கம்

• அரசுசேகரித்த புவிசார் தரவுகள் இந்திய மக்கள் மற்றும் அமைப்புகளுக்கு இலவசமாகவும்,
  எளிதாகவும் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் மூன்று ஆன்லைன் செயலிகள் முதல் முறையாக
  தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன- சர்வே ஆஃப் இந்தியா (எஸ்ஓஐ) புவிசார் தரவுகள் வழங்கல்
  தளம், எஸ்ஓஐயின் சாரதி: இணைய புவிசார் தகவல் செயலி மற்றும் மன்சித்ரன்:
  தேசிய அட்லஸ் மற்றும் வரைபட நிறுவனத்தின் (நாட்மோ) தொழில் புவிதளம்
  ஆகியவை தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• SOI மற்றும் NATMOலிருந்து அரசாங்கத்தால் சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட தரவு இதுவே முதல்முறையாக இந்தியாவில் உள்ள குடிமக்களுக்கும் நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் இலவசமாகவும் எளிதாகவும் கிடைக்கிறது.

4. TRIFED adds 75 new tribal products to Tribes India catalogue to mark 75 years of Independence

• As India stepped into 75 years of Independence, 75 new tribal products were launched by (TRIFED) and added to the already extensive and attractive Tribes India catalogue.
• TRIFED GI Movement also identified 75 products of Tribal origin or source which will be registered for Geographical Indication (GI) Tag under the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999.

5. Atal Innovation Mission and Dassault Systemes launches Student Entrepreneurship Program 3.0

• NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) in collaboration with La Fondation Dassault Systems in India, launched the third series of the ‘Student Entrepreneurship Program’ (SEP 3.0) for the young innovators of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL).
• The theme of SEP 3.0 is based on the ‘Made in 3D – Seed the Future Entrepreneurs Program’, conceptualised and rolled out in France by La Main à la Pate Foundation and La Fondation Dassault Systems Europe in 2017.

5. அடல் புத்தாக்க மிஷன் டசால்ட் சிஸ்டம்ஸ் உடன் இணைந்து மாணவர் தொழில்முனைவோர் திட்டம் 3.0ஐ தொடங்கியுள்ளது

• அடல் புத்தாக்க மிஷன் (AIM) நிதி ஆயோக் இந்தியாவில் லா ஃபாண்டேஷன் டசால்ட் சிஸ்டம்ஸுடன் இணைந்து அடல் டிங்கரிங் ஆய்வகத்தின் (ATL) இளம் கண்டுபிடிப்பாளர்களுக்காக ‘மாணவர் தொழில்முனைவோர் திட்டத்தின்‘ (SEP 3.0) மூன்றாவது தொடரை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
• SEP 3.0இன் கருப்பொருள் ‘மேட் இன் 3D – எதிர்கால தொழில்முனைவோர் திட்டம்’ அடிப்படையிலானது. இது பிரான்சில் லா மெயின்லா பேட் அறக்கட்டளை மற்றும் லா ஃபாண்டேஷன் டசால்ட் சிஸ்டம்ஸ் ஐரோப்பாவால் 2017இல் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.

6. Reserve Bank of India introduces the Financial Inclusion Index (FI-Index)

• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) introduced the Financial Inclusion Index (FI-Index) to capture the extent of financial inclusion in India.
• The index captures information on various aspects of financial inclusion in a single value ranging between 0 and 100, where 0 represents complete financial exclusion and 100 indicates full financial inclusion.

6. இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி நிதி சேர்க்கை குறியீட்டை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது (FI-Index)

• இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி (RBI) நாடு முழுவதும் நிதி சேர்ப்பின் அளவைப் பதிவு செய்ய நிதி சேர்க்கை குறியீட்டை (FI-Index) உருவாக்க அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது.
• 0 மற்றும் 100க்கு இடையில் உள்ள ஒற்றை மதிப்பில் நிதி சேர்க்கையின் பல்வேறு அம்சங்கள் பற்றிய தகவல்களை இந்த அட்டவணை பதிவு செய்கிறது, 0 என்பது முழுமையான நிதி விலக்கைக் குறிக்கிறது மற்றும் 100 என்பது முழு நிதிச் சேர்க்கையையும் குறிக்கிறது.

7. HDFC launches Green and Sustainable deposits

• HDFC launched green and sustainable deposits with an aim to safeguard the environment from climate change.
• These fixed deposits will be directed towards the financing of green and sustainable housing credit solutions and services.

7. எச்டிஎஃப்சி பசுமை மற்றும் நிலையான வைப்புகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது

8. Indian teams have won an unprecedented 15 medals at the International Youth Archery Championships

• India won highest ever 15 medals at Youth World Archery Championship in Wroclaw (Poland), 2021.
• 15 medals (8 Gold, 2 Silver and 5 Bronze medals) is India’s best-ever performance in the Youth World Archery Championship till date.
• Komalika Bari became the second Indian after Deepika Kumari to win both the Cadet and Junior Recurve Women World Champions’ titles.

8. சர்வதேச இளைஞர் வில்வித்தைப் போட்டியில் இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவில் 15 பதக்கங்களை இந்திய அணிகள் வென்றுள்ளது

•  போலந்தில்உள்ள ரோக்லாவில்நடைபெற்ற சர்வதேச இளைஞர் வில்வித்தைப்
  போட்டியில் இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு 15 பதக்கங்களை இந்தியா வென்றது.
• எட்டுதங்கம், இரண்டு வெள்ளி மற்றும் ஐந்து வெண்கலம் என சர்வதேச இளைஞர்
  வில்வித்தைப் போட்டியில் இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு மொத்தம் 15 பதக்கங்களை
  இந்தியா வென்றது.
• கேடட்மற்றும் ஜூனியர் ரீகர்வ் மகளிர் சர்வதேச சாம்பியன் பட்டத்தை தீபிகா குமாரிக்கு
  பிறகு இரண்டாவது இந்தியராக கோமாலிக்கா பாரி வென்றுள்ளார்.

9. Delhi Government renames a school after Tokyo Olympic silver medal winner Ravi Dahiya

• Delhi Government renamed Rajkiya Bal Vidyalaya situated in Adarsh Nagar after Ravi Dahiya, who won the silver medal in wrestling in the Tokyo Olympics 2020. The school will now be known as Ravi Dahiya Bal Vidyalaya School. 
• Ravi Dahiya made his Olympic debut in Tokyo and won a silver medal in wrestling. He is the second Indian to get a silver medal in wrestling at the Olympics.

9. டோக்கியோ ஒலிம்பிக் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் வென்ற ரவி தஹியாவின் பெயரை தில்லி அரசு ஒரு பள்ளிக்கு பெயர் மாற்றியமைத்தது

• டோக்கியோ ஒலிம்பிக்ஸ் 2020இல் மல்யுத்தத்தில் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் வென்ற ரவி தஹியாவின் பெயரை ஆதர்ஷ் நகரில் அமைந்துள்ள ராஜ்கியா பால் வித்யாலயா இப்போது ரவி தஹியா பால் வித்தியாலய பாடசாலை என அழைக்கப்படும் என்று டெல்லி அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• ரவி தஹியா டோக்கியோ ஒலிம்பிக் 2020இல் அறிமுகமானார் மற்றும் மல்யுத்தத்தில் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் வென்றார். ஒலிம்பிக்கில் மல்யுத்தத்தில் வெள்ளிப் பதக்கம் பெற்ற இரண்டாவது இந்தியர் இவர் ஆவார்.

10. Reserve Bank of India

• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India’s central bank and regulatory body under the jurisdiction of the Union Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
• It is responsible for the issue and supply of the Indian rupee and the regulation of the Indian banking system.
• Its headquarters is located in Mumbai.
• The current governor of RBI is Shaktikanta Das.
• The Reserve Bank of India commenced its operations on 1 April 1935 in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
