Naan Mudhalvan Scheme

• Started on: March 1, 2022
• By : Chief Minister of TamilNadu Mr . M.K.Stalin
• It is a Skill development / Career guidance scheme
• Aim: To improve 10 lakh youth every year in education, knowledge, thought, skills and efficiency and dedicate them to the nation.

Facilities Provided under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme :

1. Academic guidance will be provided to talented students in government and state-aided educational institutions.
2. It identifies the talent within the students and helps them excel in their talents for a better career
3. Students will be guided on the course of education they can take, where to study and how to go about in their studies.
4. To get special proficiency in the Tamil language, special training will be given.
5. Spoken English lessons will be provided to enable students to face the interview panel successfully.
6. Coding and robotic classes will be conducted in tune with the present technological development
7. Summer Special classes will be conducted with experts in every field
8. Awareness will be created in students about Tamil culture and tradition
9. Psychological counselors and medical doctors will offer guidance on nutrition, physical fitness and overall development of the student’s personality.
10. Training will be provided both online and offline
11. A separate curriculum will be created and continuous classes will be offered for students in classes 9^th to 12^th
12. A mentoring system will be introduced with the help of alumni
13. Foreign language classes to help students find employment abroad
14. Technical Institute will raise on par with the standards of the industry.

Implementation of the Scheme

1. A Guidance bureau will be created in every school for the implementation of the scheme
2. A separate training facility will be set up at the college and district levels.
3. The scheme will be directly monitored by the Chief Minister
4. It will be implemented at the district level by a committee headed by the collector.

Naan Mudhalvan portal

1. It provides information on Higher Education courses and consequent careers that Class 9-12 students can evaluate and choose to pursue.
2. It includes information on entrance examinations for colleges across the country
3. It also showcases the Scholarships (150+) and  Education loans that the students can avail themselves.
4. It showcases 2000+ institutes and consequent 300+ career pathways.
5. Recently, Higher education and employment guide has been released for the career guidance of class 11^th and 12^th students under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme

First State level Youth Skill Development festival

1. It was conducted in Chennai on May 25 , 2022
2. To serve as a bridge between the youth and the Skill development organizations
3. To help the youth get information about employment opportunities and skill development
4. It will be launched in all 388 panchayat unions in the state at a cost of Rs 194 crore
5. It will be organized in association with government departments and the private sector

Conclusion

• TamilNadu Government’s aim: $1 trillion economy by 2030
• If the economy is to develop in this manner, skill development for 2 million youths in Tamil Nadu should be achieved by 2026.

2. இது மாணவர்களுக்குள் இருக்கும் திறமையைக் கண்டறிந்து, அத்திறமைகளை வளர்த்து வாழ்வில் சிறந்து விளங்க பயன்படுகிறது .
3. மாணவர்கள் தாங்கள் எந்த பாடத்தை தேர்வு செய்யலாம் , எங்கு படிக்க வேண்டும், படிப்பில் எப்படிச் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்பது குறித்து வழிகாட்டப்படும்.

9. உளவியல் ஆலோசகர்கள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ மருத்துவர்கள் ஊட்டச்சத்து, உடல் தகுதி மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் ஆளுமையின் ஒட்டுமொத்த வளர்ச்சி பற்றிய வழிகாட்டுதலை வழங்குவார்கள்.
10. நேரடி வகுப்புகள் மூலமாகவும் இணைய வகுப்புகள் மூலமாகவும் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்
11. 9 முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரையிலான மாணவர்களுக்கு தனிப் பாடத்திட்டம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு தொடர்ச்சியான வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
12. முன்னாள் மாணவர்களின் உதவியுடன் வழிகாட்டல் முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்
13. மாணவர்கள் வெளிநாட்டில் வேலைவாய்ப்பைப் பெற உதவும் வெளிநாட்டு மொழி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்
14. தொழில்துறையின் தரத்திற்கு இணையாக தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனம் உயரும்.

முதல் மாநில அளவிலான இளைஞர் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு விழா 

1. மே 25, 2022 அன்று சென்னையில் நடத்தப்பட்டது
2. இளைஞர்களுக்கும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு அமைப்புகளுக்கும் இடையே பாலமாகச் செயல்படுகிறது
3. வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாடு பற்றிய தகவல்களை இளைஞர்கள் பெற உதவுகிறது
4. மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள 388 பஞ்சாயத்து ஒன்றியங்ளிலும் ரூ.194 கோடி செலவில் இவ்விழா நடத்தப்படும்.
5. இவ்விழாவை அரசு துறைகள் தனியார் துறைகளுடன் இணைந்து ஏற்பாடு செய்யும்.

• தமிழக அரசின் இலக்கு: 2030க்குள் $1 டிரில்லியன் பொருளாதாரம்
• இந்த வகையில் பொருளாதாரம் வளர்ச்சியடைய வேண்டுமானால் 2026 க்குள் தமிழகத்தில் 2 மில்லியன் இளைஞர்கள் திறன் மேம்பாடு அடைய வேண்டும் .
