The preliminary examination which we are now discussing has a 100 marks test for 100 questions and the total duration of the exam is 60 minutes and there is no sectional timing for this phase of the exam.

Topics expected in Reasoning section of the OICL AO 2017

The reasoning section in the OICL AO 2017 contains 35 questions and there is no individual timing for this topic and also no sectional timing is present for all the sections in the preliminary examination. The topics that can be asked in the preliminary examinations varies and since the exam is for the insurance firm, the exam will be easier. The topics that can be asked in the exams ranges from direction test, coding and decoding, analogy, number ranking, alphabet test, alphanumeric series,blood relations, mathematical operations, Seating arrangement, puzzle and syllogism.

You cannot expect all these topics in the exams and there can be changes in that too, So prepare all these topics in above said statements.

The main topic which cannot be excluded from the quants section are data interpretation, simplification, quadratic equation and number series. You cannot predict what could be asked in the miscellaneous section and if they want it to be easier many tough questions can be asked and many questions will be direct and you may find some really twisted ones.
