Jan Suraksha Mobile Vans – New Scheme in Hyderabad
Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya launched the Jan Suraksha Mobile Vans in Hyderabad to provide health services to workers of organised and unorganized sectors at their doorsteps.
These vans will also create awareness about preventive medical care among workers. These hospitals on wheels will visit the clusters where workers of textile, coal and constructions industry reside more.
The mobile hospitals have been introduced in Hyderabad on a pilot basis and 9 such vehicles have been brought into operation.
