Karnataka Bank Limited, a leading ‘A’ Class Scheduled Commercial Bank in India, was incorporated on February 18th, 1924 at Mangaluru, a coastal town of Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka State has invited applications for the posts of Managers ( Scale – I) for it’s various branches across India. Also this notification is released after the Syndicate Bank PO & Canara Bank PO.

1. Agricultural Filed Officers
2. Charted Accountants
3. Law Officers
4. Relationship Managers
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION to apply for Karnataka Bank PO Exam 2018
1. Agricultural Field Officers (AFOs)
Eligibility : Graduates/Post-Graduates in Agricultural Science, Horticulture & Agricultural Marketing from UGC recognized universities. Those who are awaiting results of degree examination/pursuing degree are not eligible to apply.
2. Chartered Accountants
Eligibility : First Class Graduates (from UGC recognized universities) with CA. Those who have completed Inter & pursuing CA may also apply.
3. Law Officers
Eligibility : First Class Law Graduates (from UGC recognized universities) with minimum 3 years’ experience (Practice) in handling court cases.
4. Relationship Managers
Eligibility: First Class Graduates with MBA-Marketing (under regular stream) from UGC recognized universities.
Those who are awaiting results of the examination/pursuing PG are not eligible to apply.
AGE LIMIT to Apply for Karnataka Bank PO Exam 2018 :
Maximum 28 years (Born on or after 01-01-1990) The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
This exam is different from other exams and there is no online registration for this Karnataka Bank PO Exam, rather aspirants has to apply for this exam by the following method.
Applications, neatly written or typed on A4 size paper, in accordance with the specified proforma (made available on Bank’s website) along with Bio-data/CV should be sent to “The Deputy General Manager (HR & IR), Karnataka Bank Limited, Head Office, Mahaveera Circle, Kankanady, Mangaluru-575002” superscribing the envelope with “Application for the Post of” .
EXAM PATTERN OF KARNATAKA BANK PO EXAM 2018 :
- Shortlisted candidates from the Application process will be called for a Written Test.
- Those who clear the test will be called for an Interview.
NOTE: Aspirants should note that , no reimbursement will be made to the candidates for attending the interview / Written Exam.
Is there a Bond period for the Karnataka Bank PO Exam 2018 ? Yes for three Years.
Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank. Salary will be as per All India Level Settlements [For Confirmed Officers (Scale I), Current CTC Amount is Rupees 7.75 Lakhs p.a. (approx.)]
The Application fee has not been mentioned in the Official Notification of the Karnataka Bank PO Exam 2018, it has been mentioned that shortlisted candidates (called for Written Test) have to pay the required application fee before attending the Written Test.
