KVB PO 2017 : Review, Analysis and Questions asked in exam

Dear Bankers daily Aspirant,

Karur Vysa Bank has conductec the Probationary Officers exam for the year 2017 today and here we are with the analysis for the 1st slot with the questions and the review of the exam. Overall the total no of positions available for the Probationary Officers posts has not been revealed by the Karur Vysa Bank team.

The difficulty level of the questions ranged from Easy to Moderate. Overall the exam was easy.

General Awareness Questions asked in KVB PO

Overall review of KVB PO 2017

Note : The sections were asked in the same order as it is updated in the table. Overall the exam was easy , the candidates have found quantitative aptitude somewhat in the rate of moderate – difficult. Other sections were easier as compared to other exams.

QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE REVIEW OF KVB PO 2017

There were 3 sets of DI asked and it ranged from moderate to difficult. Pie chart , Bar and Missed Data Interpretation were the questions asked in the data interpretation. Overall the questions were in the Moderate – Difficult in the scoring questions. The other questions were easy. The best strategy to ace this section will be avoiding the difficult questions.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REVIEW OF KVB PO 2017

Error Detection was asked in the old pattern. The Cloze test was also in the new pattern.  Overall the exam was in the moderate range.

REASONING ABILITY REVIEW OF KVB PO 2017

Syllogism was asked in the old pattern. Mostly in the reasoning section , the questions ranged in the moderate level and some have felt that the seating arrangement was a bit time consuming. But most of the candidates felt the questions were moderate. The syllogism questions were merely in the negative form in the statements.

The SOT 5 Number , 5 Word pattern was asked and the it was easy. The puzzle was a floor based one and the seating arrangement questions were asked in the linear arrangement and round table arrangement. Additionally the latter arrangement was a 10 people arrangement.

GENERAL AWARENESS REVIEW OF KVB PO 2017

Most of the questions were based on the recent BANKING NEWS based one and hardly many would have attempted a 30+ questions. There were questions even from the March month Current Affairs , but mostly recent bank based news were asked predominantly. So for the next exams concentrate more on the banking news because others were given meager importance.

• PCA abbreviation , what does P stands for ?

COMPUTER AWARENESS REVIEW OF KVB PO 2017

This was the easiest section asked in the examination and many aspirant were able to attend all the questions. Some of the questions were difficult bu overall the questions were easier and the students who have prepared might even score a 15+ if they have attended the same with more accuracy.
