The Quantitative and English section took the time of the candidates in the exams and the Quants section was time consuming in the IBPS RRB PO Mains Examination 2017. On the contrary were the Reasoning section was difficult to crack in the Preliminary Examination and it was a cake walk for many in the mains examination data sufficiency, Sequential output tracing ,critical reasoning and directions question becoming the savior of the exam for many candidates. The puzzle and seating arrangement were time consuming but overall this section was easier when compared to the other two. As far as General awareness and Computer Knowledge sections were easier and lot of banking related questions were asked in the general awareness section.

The questions in the Computer knowledge were also easier in terms of difficulty and any candidate who is well prepared in the basics of the topics in computer awareness will score more in this particular section.

So as we said , our analysis are based on the feedback given by the candidates and also by our analysis team of BANKERSDAILY and this was made after careful consideration of the previous year cutoff marks of the IBPS RRB PO Mains Examination. So here goes the detailed one below.

As you can clearly see, the number of candidates who have attended the total number of questions in the range of 100 – 120 was higher when compared to the total number of questions in the range of 120 – 140.

So the 100 – 120 range is more crowded and when compared with the other factors like accuracy and the overall questions attended will play a major role in deciding the cutoff marks for the IBPS RRB PO Mains Examination 2017.

Since the 100 – 140 takes the maximum percentage and also considering the Accuracy when compared with the sections like General Awareness and Computer Awareness as factor, we can say that definitely the cutoff might be in the 85 to 105.
