The start of the interview season is on and the interview for the IBPS RRB Scale I, II and III Officers are happening from 20th December, 2017. We have been providing the feedback and questions that are asked in the IBPS RRB Scale I, II & III Officers Interview in our website. The experiences of the candidates are immense and each aspirant has a different experience, even though the questions faced by the candidates may be similar, but the questions that comes after that are absolutely different, that’s what the feedback of the candidates connote.

The Interview is the Third phase of the exam in the IBPS RRB Scale I, II and III Exam and for the IBPS RRB Assistant profile it is different and the last phase in the above said will be the regional language test.

One important thing, the candidate should remember is that, there is verification process before the interview process and many of the candidates who have mistakenly provided details during the registration process have faced difficulties in the verification process and to our surprise some were even not allowed to attend the interview process as they have mentioned the details incorrectly (even though they have got the necessary certificates).

IBPS RRB PO INTERVIEW 2017 – QUESTIONS ASKED IN DECEMBER 22, 2017

So here goes the interview experience of three candidates who have sent their experiences in the IBPS RRB Scale I Interview process that happened on 22nd December, 2017.

Interview Experience – Candidate 1

Exam : IBPS RRB PO INTERVIEW

Year : 2017

Place of Interview : Sri Vidya College of Engineering & Technology (SVCET) – Virudhunagar

As usual the candidates were asked questions bilingually (Tamil and English) and they too answered bilingually.

Q1. Tell us about yourself , in a different way (Basically a self introduction questions with extra information).

Answered.

Q2. Tell us some of the famous personalities from your Place ? Also what are your Hobbies ?

Since there would be many famous personalities, i picked some of them only and there was little time to deliver the answer. So it old a few of them. Also one of the interviewers mentioned hobbies are different passion and I answered about my hobbies only.

Q3. If you are posted as an IBPS RRB Scale I officer (or) a manager in a remote area , what will be your strategies to recollect the loans ?

Answered.

Q4. What are the procedures to provide loan to the farmers and what are the necessary things to check before providing loans ? Will you prefer to inform them about the various schemes started by the government for the farmers ? if you answer is yes , mention various schemes which was started by the government for the benefit of the farmers ?

Answered. But took some time, as there were many schemes but it thought the recent schemes should be given more preferences.

Q5. What do you know about self help groups ? Do you think self help groups are important these day ?

Answered. Since in rural areas self help groups plays a important role, I mentioned that as an example and told about one self help which was in my place and how they help in various activities.

Q6. Explain about Promissory Note , DD, Cheque ?

Answered. Since there are many cheques i tried to explain those too along with it.

Q7. What is the use of PAN CARD and AADHAAR card ? How many numbers will be there in both the cards?

Answered. Also one of the interviewer asked about the recent updates about the Supreme court order on Increasing the last date to make Aadhaar mandatory for many schemes.

Q8. Why Banking when there are multiple opportunities available ? 

Answered. Have already prepared for this question because this question was asked many times in the previous interviews too.

Q9. When the banks are nationalized and who is instrumental in bringing the nationalization of banks ? 

Answered.

Q10. Explain about Mutual Fund, FERA , FEMA ?

Answered.

The interview ended in promissory note and they were expecting more from the recent current affairs. I hope i had answered almost all the questions and hope it well. So if you are going for the interview in the forthcoming days, please study some of the recent current affairs.

The candidate was asked questions bilingually and also answered the questions bilingually.

Q1. Self Introduction ?

Answered.

Q2. Some question regarding the Current Affairs ?

Answered. Some questions on the recent developments of Israel and one question about the recently over sporting event.

Q3. What are the two banks which are started recently ?

Answered. Many banks have been opened in the recent times because payment banks and Small Finance Banks have been given permission to start their operations in the recent times. So prepare for that too.

Q4. What is Micro Finance and how does it help the economy of our country ?

Answered. They were particular about the reasons on how the micro finance help the country’s economy.

Q5. What is you view on Bank Mergers and tell about the advantages and disadvantages ?

Answered.

Q6. Explain about the differences between NEFT and RTGS ?

Answered.

Q7. What is the procedure behind train movements, since the candidate have mentioned about the recent improvements in the current affairs section?

Answered.

Q8. What is Cheque ?

Answered.

Q9. What is Loan and Advance ?

Answered. I had expected this question because I spoke something about loans during the current affairs answer.

Q10. How would your engineering knowledge help you in your banking career and why banking career after engineering ?

Answered. Prepared answer for this question, since many engineering graduates were asked this question in the previous interviews too and also in the review of the other aspirants I found many references to this question. So if you are an engineering graduate , you will definitely encounter this question.

Q11. Which will you choose if given and option? IBPS PO or RRB PO ?

Answered. Since I was from the rural area, I have mentioned about the experiences and how io would be be able to deliver the same as being an RRB PO (Hope that was convincing).

No Technical Questions were asked but there were many mentions to the engineering degree and I hope many questions were direct and the knowledge of recent current affairs will help you to ace the interview process , if you are sure about it. Convincing answers should be told, you answers should not be partial, so be prepared for these questions and make & deliver complete answers which will help you to ace the interview process.
