RRB Group D 2018: Last Date Extended – Refund of Examination Fee

Dear Railways Aspirants,

RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) has released an official notification regarding the refund of the examination fee of the RRB Group “D” Exam 2018.

Many of the aspirants who have attended the RRB Group “D” Exam 2018 have applied for the refund of the examination fees and many of the aspirants in spite of providing the details have not got the refund amount as RRB has already stated that many aspirants have provided incorrect IFSC Code and Account Number.

So RRB’s have decided to provide another time to get the refund this time as many aspirants are yet to get the refund amount.

The total number of Vacancies available for the RRB Group “D” 2018 exam is 62907.

Aspirants can find the official excerpt from the RRB’s regarding the Extension of the Refund of the Application Fee from the official website of all the RRB’s or from the link that is mentioned below.

Railway Recruitment Boards had initiated a refund of the examination fee to the candidates who had attended CBT for Level 1 Posts against CEN 02/2018.

To enable candidates whose refund has failed or could not be initiated for want of account details, an Update Bank Account Link was provided on the websites of RRBs from 22/03/2019 to 28/03/2019 to correct and provide Bank account details by such candidates.

However, it is observed that a large number of candidates are yet to correct/provide Bank account details until now. Hence, RRBs as a special case has decided to extend the last date for furnishing / Correcting the Bank account details till10-04-19 beyond which candidates will not be able to modify / Provide the Bank account details and RRBs shall not be responsible for the failure of refund transaction.

Hence, Candidates are advised to make use of this final opportunity to correct / Provide your bank account details immediately through the Update Bank Account Link provided on the official websites of RRBs within 10-04-19.

Pl note and provide your bank account details with Correct IFSC code and Account Number immediately and RRBs shall not entertain any correspondence for the failure of refund transaction on account of incorrect bank details.
