Surgical Strikes 2.0

Twelve days after the Pulwama attack, the Indian Air Force bombed the Jaish-e-Mohammad’s terror-training camp in Pakistan’s Balakot on 26-2-2019.
The operation was carried out by 12 Mirage-2000 fighter jets, which unleashed five one-tonne bombs on the camp based in the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
Mirage-2000 fighter jets are produced in France. Mirage 2000 is also called as Vajra.

மீது இந்திய விமானப்படை 26-2-2019 அன்று குண்டுவீசி தாக்குதல் நடத்தின.

இந்த தாக்குதலில் 12 மிராஜ் 2000 ரக போர் விமானங்கள்
ஈடுபடுத்தப்பட்டன.
இந்த விமானங்கள் பயங்கரவாத முகாம்கள் மீது ஐந்து 1000 கிலோ எடையுடைய வெடிகுண்டுகள் வீசின.
மிராஜ் 2000 போர் விமானங்கள் பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டில் தயாரிக்கப்படுகின்றன
மிராஜ் 2000 போர் விமானத்திற்கு வஜ்ரா என்ற பெயரும் உள்ளது.

ISSF World Cup 2019

Apurvi Chadela clinched the first medal for India in ISSF World Cup 2019 in New Delhi by winning the gold medal with a record score in the women’s 10m air rifle event.
Chandela set a new world record in the process with 252.9 points to bag her third individual world cup medal.

ISSF உலகக் கோப்பை 2019

டெல்லியில் நடைப்பெற்ற சர்வதேச துப்பாக்கி சுடுதல் போட்டியில் 
இந்தியாவின் அபூர்வி சண்டேலா உலகச் சாதனையுடன் 10மீ பிரிவில் 
தங்கம் வென்றுள்ளார்.

இப்போட்டியில்9 புள்ளிகள் பெற்று உலக சாதனை படைத்துள்ளார்.
தனிநபர் பிரிவில் இவருடைய முன்றாவது உலகக் கோப்பை பதக்கம் ஆகும்.

National War Memorial

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the National War Memorial adjoining the India Gate in New Delhi. The memorial honour the fallen soldiers after Independence.
The memorial includes a central obelisk, an eternal flame and six bronze murals depicting famous battles fought by Indian Army, Air Force and Navy.

தேசிய போர் நினைவகம்

தலைநகர் புதுடில்லியில் இந்தியாகேட் பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள போர் நினைவகத்தை 
நாட்டிற்கு பிரதமர் மோடி அர்பணித்தார்.

இது சுதந்தரத்திற்கு பின் வீர மரணம் அடைந்த வீரர்களின் நினைவாக அமைக்கப்பட்டது.

அந்த நினைவிடத்தில் வட்ட வடிவ அடிதளத்தின் மையப்பகுதியில் சதுரவடிவ மேடையில் 
அணையாவிளக்கு மற்றும் தூபி உள்ளது.

மேலும் இந்திய விமானபடை கடற்படை தரைப்படையின் போர் வெற்றிகளை குறிக்கும் 
வகையில் ஆறு வெண்கல சுவடிகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

National Water Awards 2018

Madurai district received the first prize in the National Water Awards 2018 for rejuvenating and creating new water bodies.
Madurai also received the third prize for enriching the groundwater level.

Boat Ambulance

The Odisha government has launched a boat ambulance service for patients who reside in remote areas of the state and are cut-off from receiving medical aid due to intervening rivers.
