1. Kanchi Kamakoti Childs Trust Hospital (KKCTH) has been chosen as the best paediatric facility in the country

• According to a survey by Newsweek magazine in partnership with Statista Inc, Kanchi Kamakoti Child Trust Hospital (KKCTH) has been chosen as the best paediatric facility in the country.
• The survey was conducted  among hospitals from 25 countries, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and India. 
• The countries were selected based on their standard of living, life expectancy, population size, number of hospitals, and data availability.

1. காஞ்சி காமகோடி குழந்தைகள் அறக்கட்டளை மருத்துவமனை (கே.கே.சி.டி.எச்) நாட்டின் சிறந்த குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையாக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது

• ஸ்டாடிஸ்டா நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து நியூஸ் வீக் பத்திரிகை நடத்திய ஆய்வில், காஞ்சி காமகோடி குழந்தைகள் அறக்கட்டளை மருத்துவமனை (கே.கே.சி.டி.எச்) நாட்டின் சிறந்த மருத்துவ வசதி கொண்ட  குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனையாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது.
• இந்த ஆய்வு அமெரிக்கா, இங்கிலாந்து, ஜெர்மனி, கனடா மற்றும் இந்தியா உட்பட 25 நாடுகளின் மருத்துவமனைகளில் நடத்தப்பட்டது.
• வாழ்க்கைத் தரம், ஆயுட்காலம், மக்கள் தொகை அளவு, மருத்துவமனைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை மற்றும் தரவுகள் கிடைப்பதன் அடிப்படையில் இந்த நாடுகள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டன.

2. World Kidney Day observed every year on the Second Thursday of March

• World Kidney Day was observed on 11 March 2021 as it falls on the second Thursday of March.
• World Kidney Day (WKD) is a global health awareness campaign focusing on the importance of the kidneys and reducing the frequency and impact of kidney disease.
• The theme for World Kidney Day 2021 is ‘Living Well with Kidney Disease’.

2. உலக சிறுநீரக தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் மார்ச் இரண்டாவது வியாழக்கிழமை அன்று அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது

• மார்ச் மாதத்தின் இரண்டாவது வியாழக்கிழமையான 11 மார்ச்  2021, உலக சிறுநீரக தினமாக அனுசரிக்கப்பட்டது.
• உலக சிறுநீரக தினம் (WKD) என்பது சர்வதேச சுகாதார விழிப்புணர்வு பிரச்சாரமாகும். சிறுநீரகங்களின் முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் சிறுநீரக நோயின் தாக்கத்தை பற்றி விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதே இதன் நோக்கமாகும்.
• உலக சிறுநீரக தினத்தின்(2021) கருப்பொருள்: ‘சிறுநீரக நோய் இருப்பினும் சிறப்பாக வாழ்தல்’.

   Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ and flagged off the Padyatra from Sabarmati Ashram

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the ‘Padyatra’  from Sabarmati Ashram, Ahmedabad on 12 March 2021 and inaugurated the activities of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ (India@75).
• Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav is a series of events to be organised by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence.
• The Padyatra,  flagged off by PM, will be undertaken by 81 marchers from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad to Dandi in Navsari, a journey of 241 miles that will end on 5th April, lasting for 25 days.

3. பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி ‘ஆசாதி கா அம்ருத் மஹோத்சவத்தையும்’, சபர்மதி ஆசிரமத்திலிருந்து பாதயாத்திரையையும் கொடியசைத்து துவக்கி வைத்தார்

• பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி 12 மார்ச் 2021அன்று அகமதாபாத்தின் சபர்மதி ஆசிரமத்தில் தொடங்கிய ‘பாதயாத்திரை’யை கொடியசைத்து துவக்கி வைத்தார், மேலும் ‘ஆசாதி கா அம்ருத் மஹோத்சவத்தின்’ (இந்தியா @ 75) செயல்பாடுகளையும்  தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• ஆசாதி கா அம்ருத் மஹோத்சவம் என்பது இந்திய சுதந்திரத்தின் 75வது ஆண்டு நிறைவை நினைவுகூரும் வகையில், இந்திய அரசால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படும் தொடர் நிகழ்வுகளாகும்.
• பிரதமர் துவங்கி வைத்த பாதயாத்திரை, 81 அணிவகுப்பாளர்களால் அகமதாபாத்தில் உள்ள சபர்மதி ஆசிரமத்திலிருந்து நவ்சாரியில் உள்ள தண்டி வரை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட உள்ளது. இந்த நடை பயணம், 25 நாட்களில் 241 மைல்கள் கடந்து ஏப்ரல் 5 ஆம் தேதி நிறைவடையும்.

4. First-ever virtual trade fair to boost the export potential of India’s agricultural and processed food products concluded on 12 March

• Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA)  launched its first Virtual Trade Fair (VTF)  on 10  March 2021, which ended on 12 March 2021.
• The fair, with a theme ‘India Rice and Agro Commodity’, focussed on showcasing the export potential of various agricultural commodities.
• The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) was established by the Government of India under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act passed by the Parliament in December, 1985.

4. இந்தியாவின் விவசாய மற்றும் பதப்படுத்தப்பட்ட உணவுப் பொருட்களின் ஏற்றுமதி திறனை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான முதல் மெய்நிகர் வர்த்தக கண்காட்சி 12 மார்ச் அன்று நிறைவடைந்தது

• வேளாண் மற்றும் பதப்படுத்தப்பட்ட உணவுப் பொருட்கள் ஏற்றுமதி மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையத்தால் (ஏ.பி.இ.டி.ஏ) 10 மார்ச் 2021 அன்று நடத்தப்பட்ட முதல் மெய்நிகர் வர்த்தக கண்காட்சி (வி.டி.எஃப்)  12 மார்ச் 2021 அன்று நிறைவடைந்தது.
• ‘இந்தியா அரிசி மற்றும் வேளாண் பொருட்கள்’ என்னும் கருப்பொருளைக் கொண்ட இந்த கண்காட்சி, பல்வேறு விவசாய பொருட்களின் ஏற்றுமதி திறனைக் காண்பிப்பதில் கவனம் செலுத்தியது.
• வேளாண் மற்றும் பதப்படுத்தப்பட்ட உணவுப் பொருட்கள் ஏற்றுமதி மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையம் (APEDA), இந்திய அரசால் 1985 டிசம்பரில், நாடாளுமன்றத்தால் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட வேளாண் மற்றும் பதப்படுத்தப்பட்ட உணவுப் பொருட்கள் ஏற்றுமதி மேம்பாட்டு ஆணைய சட்டத்தின் கீழ் நிறுவப்பட்டது.

5. Indian Navy Ship Shardul arrived at Port Louis for Mauritius National Day Celebrations

• INS Shardul, a ship of the First Training Squadron of the Indian Navy (IN) visited Port Louis, Mauritius, from 10 to 13 March, 2021 as part of an overseas deployment to Southern Indian Ocean nations. 
• The ship will undertake Exclusive Economic Zone surveillance of Mauritius, in coordination with Mauritian National Coast Guard and also participated in the National Day celebrations of Mauritius on 12 March 2021.
• The ship has also played an important role in operation Samudra Setu for the evacuation of overseas Indians in June 2020 during COVID-19 pandemic. 

5. மொரீஷியஸ் தேசிய தின கொண்டாட்டங்களில் பங்கேற்க இந்திய கடற்படை கப்பல் ஷர்துல் போர்ட் லூயிஸை சென்றடைந்தது

• தென்னிந்திய பெருங்கடல் நாடுகளில் கடல்கடந்த பணியில் ஈடுபடுவதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக, இந்திய கடற்படையின் (ஐ.என்) முதல் பயிற்சிப் படையின் கப்பல்  (ஐ.என்.எஸ்) ஷர்துல், 10 முதல் 13 மார்ச் 2021 வரை மொரீஷியஸின் போர்ட் லூயிஸை சென்றடைந்தது.
• இந்த கப்பல் மொரிஷியஸ் தேசிய கடலோர காவற்படையுடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து, மொரீஷியஸின் பிரத்யேக பொருளாதார மண்டல கண்காணிப்பை மேற்கொண்டது. மேலும், 12 மார்ச் 2021 அன்று மொரீஷியஸின் தேசிய தின கொண்டாட்டங்களிலும் பங்கேற்றது.
• கோவிட்-19 பெருந்தொற்றின் போது, 2020 ஜூன் மாதம் வெளிநாட்டு வாழ் இந்தியர்களை மீட்டுக்கொண்டு வரும் சமுத்திர சேது திட்டத்தில் இந்த கப்பல் முக்கிய பங்காற்றியது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

6. National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) celebrated its 36th Inception Day

• National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) celebrated its 36th Inception Day on 11 March 2021.
• The Union Home Secretary appreciated the efforts of NCRB in organising CCTNS Hackathon and Cyber Challenge to involve youngsters and harness new ideas.
• National Crime Records Bureau, abbreviated as NCRB, is an Indian Government agency responsible for collecting and analysing crime data as defined by the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Special and Local Laws (SLL).

6. தேசிய குற்ற பதிவு அலுவலகம் (என்.சி.ஆர்.பி) தனது 36 வது ஆண்டு விழாவை கொண்டாடியது

• தேசிய குற்ற பதிவு அலுவலகம் (என்.சி.ஆர்.பி) தனது 36 வது ஆண்டு விழாவை 11 மார்ச் 2021 அன்று கொண்டாடியது.
• மத்திய உள்துறை செயலாளர், இளைஞர்களை ஈடுபடுத்தவும் புதிய யோசனைகளை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கான  சி.சி.டி.என்.எஸ் ஹாகாதான் மற்றும் சைபர் சேலஞ்சை செயல்படுத்தியதற்காக என்.சி.ஆர்.பி மேற்கொண்ட முயற்சிகளை பாராட்டினார்.
• தேசிய குற்றவியல் பதிவு அலுவலகம், இந்திய தண்டனைச் சட்டம் (ஐபிசி) மற்றும் சிறப்பு மற்றும் உள்ளூர் சட்டங்களின் (எஸ்.எல்.எல்) கீழ் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட குற்றத் தரவுகளை சேகரித்து பகுப்பாய்வு செய்யும் ஒரு இந்திய அரசு அலுவலகம் ஆகும்.

7. 27th “Hunar Haat” organised at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from 12 March 2021 to 21 March 2021

• Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi announced that the 27th  “Hunar Haat” is organised at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from 12 March 2021 to 21 March 2021 with the theme of ‘Vocal for Local’.
• More than 600 artisans, craftsmen from more than 31 States/UTs are participating in the “Hunar Haat” in Bhopal.
• Hunar Haat” is available on virtual and online platform http://hunarhaat.org and on GeM Portal also where the people of the country and abroad can buy products of indigenous artisans and craftsmen digital/online.

7. 27வது “ஹுனார் ஹாத்” மத்தியபிரதேச மாநிலம் போபாலில் 12 மார்ச் 2021  முதல் 21 மார்ச் 2021 வரை ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.

• மத்திய சிறுபான்மை விவகார அமைச்சர் முக்தார் அப்பாஸ் நக்வி அவர்கள்  12 மார்ச் 2021 முதல் 21 மார்ச் 2021 வரை மத்திய பிரதேச மாநிலம் போபாலில் “ஹுனார் ஹாத்” நிகழ்ச்சி “உள்ளூர் மக்களின் குரல்” என்ற கருப்பொருளில் நடைபெற்று வருவதாக அறிவித்துள்ளார்.
• போபாலில் உள்ள “ஹுனார் ஹாத்” நிகழ்ச்சியில் 31க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாநிலங்கள்/ யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களைச் சேர்ந்த 600க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கைவினைக் கலைஞர்கள் பங்கேற்கின்றனர்.

8. Dadi Hriday Mohini, Chief Administrator of the spiritual movement Brahma Kumaris passed away on 11 March 2021

• Dadi Hriday Mohini (93), the Chief Administrator of the spiritual movement Brahma Kumaris, died at a private hospital in Mumbai on 11 March 2021.
• Brahma Kumaris is a spiritual movement founded by Lekhraj Kripalani in Hyderabad, Sindh, during the 1930s. 

8. பிரம்ம குமாரிகள் ஆன்மீக இயக்கத்தின் தலைமை நிர்வாகி, தாதி ஹிருதை மோகினி 11 மார்ச்  2021 அன்று காலமானார்

• பிரம்ம குமாரிகள் ஆன்மீக இயக்கத்தின் தலைமை நிர்வாகி, தாதி ஹிருதை மோகினி (93) 11 மார்ச்  2021 அன்று மும்பையில் உள்ள ஒரு தனியார் மருத்துவமனையில் காலமானார்.
• பிரம்ம குமாரிகள் என்பது 1930களில் சிந்து மற்றும் ஹைதராபாத்தில் லெக்ராஜ் கிருபலானி என்பவரால் நிறுவப்பட்ட ஆன்மீக இயக்கம் ஆகும்.

9. Mithali Raj became the First Indian Woman Cricketer and second International Cricketer to complete 10,000 runs

• Indian Batswoman Mithali Raj became the first Indian woman cricketer and internationally second to complete 10,000 runs on 12 March 2021.  
• Mithali, who leads the Indian ODI team, joins the England’s Charlotte Edwards in the elite club.

10. The World’s most powerful supercomputer Fugaku developed in Japan

• The world’s most powerful supercomputer Fugaku is now fully developed in Japan and the computer is ready to use for research purposes. 
• Japanese scientific research institute RIKEN and Fujitsu began the development six years ago with an aim to make the device core of Japan’s computing infrastructure.
• Fugaku is expected to bring scientific and medical breakthroughs to the world in the future.

• உலகின் மிக சக்திவாய்ந்த சூப்பர் கம்ப்யூட்டர் ஃபுகாகு-வை கட்டமைக்கும் பணி ஜப்பானில் தற்போது முழுமையடந்தது. மேலும், இந்த கணினியை பல்வேறு ஆராய்ச்சிகளுக்கு பயன்படுத்த தயார் நிலையில் உள்ளது.
