According to Economy forum report,Indian Prime Minister Modi ranked Third Position in the most trusted government of the world.It is taken based on how people trust their Government.

Switzerland is in the First position and Indonesia in the Second position.Australia is in the Last place.


2nd Butterfly & Biodiversity meet organized in Arunachal Pradesh

They have recorded over over 130 species of butterflies during the meet.The meet was held at Pasighat town in Arunachal Pradesh.

It was organized on by the State Foundation for Biodiversity Conservation, an NGO, in collaboration with the environment and forest department and the East Siang Homestay and Tourism Association.

Union Government gets USD 100 Million Loan from World Bank

Large Scale parks will be installed in the country to increase solar generation capacity.

The Union Government signed a guarantee agreement for IBRD/CTF loan of US $98 million and Grant Agreement for the US $2 million for Shared Infrastructure.

PM Modi Cancelled $500-million Missile deal with Israel

Indian Government planned to get $500 million worth Spike ATGM (Anti-Tank Guided Missile) from Israel.

But with the aim to make the Spike ATGM by DRDO India, the deal has been cancelled, says Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

Swimmathon-2017 at Colva beach in South Goa

The sixth edition of Swimmathon, the country’s premier open water swimming competition, will be held at Colva beach in South Goa on December 3.Olympian Virdhawal Khade is the brand ambassador of the event.

India Wins ICJ fifth Seat

India’s nominee to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Dalveer Bhandari re-elected to the last seat of the world court,ICJ after Britain’s Christopher Greenwood had decided to withdraw from the election to the 15-membered ICJ.

IMBAX begins in Meghalaya

India and Myanmar Bilateral Army Exercise begins at Umroi near Shillong in Meghalaya.The aim of the exercise is to promote closer relations with the armies of the neighbouring countries.

Global Rankings for Best City to Invest

According to the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Asia Pacific 2018 report, Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi get high scores in the list of 22 markets in the Asia Pacific Region with the rank of 12,15 and 20 respectively.

Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City topped the list globally.

Mumbai ranked 12th in investment and 8th in development list.

Bengaluru ranked 15th in investment and 16th in development list.

New Delhi ranked 20th in investment list and 18th in development list.

45th International Emmy Awards

The 45th International Emmy Awards Gala held in New York City at the Hilton Hotel in New York.

Kenneth Branagh won the International Emmy for Best Actor, while Anna Friel won the Best Actress trophy.

The awards were presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.


2nd Edition of Big Little Book Award

Nabaneeta Dev Sen, well-known Bengali writer declared as winner in ‘Author in the Bengali language’ category.The award has been given by Parag initiative of Tata Trusts to promote children’s literature.

She was already honoured with Sahitya Academy Award and Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad Award.

Quarraisha Abdool Karim South African Indian-origin AIDS researcher Professor has been appointed as a UNAIDS Special Ambassador for Adolescents and HIV.

Professor Abdool Karim is a eminent AIDS researchers.In 2013,For her contribution to the response to HIV,she was awarded with South Africa’s highest honour, the Order of Mapungubwe.

Pujara was added to the Cricket Record by batting on all five days in Test match

India’s middle-order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara became third Indian and ninth in overall to bat across five days in a Test match. The record was achieved when India played against Sri Lanka.
